Directions for installing wallpaper on your computer.

There is many ways to install wallpaper on your computer, I have put together a few ways you can install wallpaper. There are many other ways than what I am showing you here. The 1st way I think is the simplest. This way I know works with internet explorer 4.0 and higher. It does not work for Netscape, and I do not know if it works with the AOL browser. If you are running windows 98 you have internet explorer, so you can still use this method.

Directions for installing wallpaper on your computer.

Using internet explorer 4.0 or higher

 

 

Right mouse click on the image you want to use as your wallpaper. A popup box will appear (image above). Left mouse click on "Set as Wallpaper", And the image will be come your wallpaper. You are now done - Maybe. 
 

Go to  your desktop and see if it looks like the screen shots below, if  it does  we still have a little more work to do.

The image above does not cover the entire desktop. If you like it like that, well your done. If you want the image to cover the entire desktop then continue with the step #2  below.

Step # 2

Right mouse click on your desktop. A popup box will appear. Move down to "Properties" and left mouse click on "Properties". You will get the box in the photo below.

Change the Display dropdown menu to "Stretch" and click on the "Apply" tab in the lower right corner, and your desktop should look like the screen shot below.

And you are finished!
